Search Homes India is a real estate discovery, listing, lead, advisory, and support platform. We may facilitate property discovery, listing distribution, lead capture, builder and owner visibility, content publishing, home loan support, service connections, and career applications.
Platform availability, features, categories, cities, and integrations may evolve over time as products and operations expand.
Accounts and verification
Certain functions require account registration or verification. When you create an account, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You must not impersonate another person, submit false contact details, or attempt to create misleading or duplicate accounts.
- Search Homes India may suspend or restrict access if account activity appears fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or operationally risky.
Property listings and uploads
Users who post listings, descriptions, floor plans, master plans, gallery images, logos, documents, or listing contact details are responsible for ensuring that all material is lawful, accurate, and authorized for publication.
- You must have the right to publish any image, logo, plan, document, or descriptive content you upload.
- You must not upload defamatory, infringing, misleading, obscene, malware-laced, or otherwise unlawful material.
- Search Homes India may edit, reject, unpublish, deactivate, or remove listings or assets that appear inaccurate, duplicate, abusive, suspicious, or inconsistent with the platform’s standards.
- Inactive or deleted listings may be removed from public search, listing pages, and detail pages without further notice.
Leads, enquiries, and communications
By using a callback button, lead form, career form, or any inquiry flow on the platform, you authorize Search Homes India and, where relevant, the corresponding listing owner, builder, agent, or service team to contact you through call, SMS, WhatsApp, email, or platform notifications in connection with your request.
Lead routing may differ depending on whether a property is posted by Search Homes India or by a user listing owner. We may also use integrated CRM, messaging, and support systems to process the enquiry efficiently.
Content ownership and license
You retain rights in content that you lawfully own. However, by uploading or submitting content to Search Homes India, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format, publish, display, distribute, and adapt that content as needed to operate, market, moderate, and improve the platform.
This license survives for as long as the content remains necessary for platform operation, record retention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
Prohibited conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform or interfere with other users, listings, integrations, or business operations.
- No scraping, automated abuse, credential attacks, spam submissions, or unauthorized data extraction.
- No fake enquiries, fake listings, manipulated pricing, or fraudulent representation of property availability or authority.
- No attempt to upload harmful files, inject scripts, bypass validation, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
- No misuse of Search Homes India trademarks, branding, editorial content, images, or proprietary design assets without permission.
Third-party services and links
Search Homes India may rely on third-party providers for storage, email, SMS, CRM, analytics, payments, maps, or support workflows. We may also link to third-party websites or services. Those providers and links are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or policy changes outside our direct control.
Disclaimers
Search Homes India aims to present accurate and helpful information, but we do not guarantee that every listing, image, description, document, price, availability detail, or user submission will always be complete, current, or error-free.
Platform content is provided on an as-available basis. Buyers, renters, investors, and applicants should independently verify any material fact, legal status, title, documentation, pricing, fitment, or suitability before acting.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Search Homes India will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business interruption losses arising from use of the platform, listings, third-party services, or uploaded content.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable law.
Suspension, removal, and termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to all or part of the platform, listing visibility, or account functionality if we reasonably believe there has been policy abuse, unlawful use, repeated misinformation, payment non-compliance, operational risk, or a breach of these terms.
We may also archive or retain certain records for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or audit purposes after suspension or termination.
Governing law and contact
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute related to use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
